Beresol Ideas

What we think, defend and advocate

Most organisations make what they are and what they sell findable by AI, and stop there. This page makes our ideas findable too: our positions, each with a plain definition, our take, and the page where it is expanded. It is the human-readable, structured-data companion to our ideas.txt, the third layer of AI discoverability, applied to ourselves.

    AI Discoverability (GEO and AEO)

Making sure that when people ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini or Copilot about a field, an organisation's name, its work and its positions come up, accurately and cited.

    Beresol's position

AI discoverability has three layers: the organisation, the product or service, and the ideas or positions. The third layer, making an organisation's positions machine-readable and quotable, is the one almost everyone misses and the one that matters most in public affairs.

    The answer economy

People increasingly ask an AI model a question and take its answer directly, instead of searching, clicking and reading a page.

    Beresol's position

The link economy is over and the answer economy has begun. If a model does not know your position, you are invisible in the debate, no matter how strong your website is.

    03

    Agent-readiness

Whether an AI agent can crawl your site, understand it, and complete a real task on it.

    Beresol's position

Being mentioned is not enough. AI cannot recommend what it cannot understand, so llms.txt, clean machine-readable routes and structured positions are as important as the words on the page.

    Honest GEO

Earning AI visibility through legitimate entity grounding and accurate sourcing, not manipulation.

    Beresol's position

No fake reviews, no spam, no cloaking. The models, and the regulators, reward trust, so the only durable generative engine optimisation is honest GEO.

The EU regulatory world as a data-and-modelling layer

EU law, procedures and institutional signals served to AI densely, in real time and machine-readably.

    Beresol's position

General AI is superhuman on code and language and blind to the rules that govern real industries. Beresol senses the EU regulatory world through the Brubru EU Data API, is building a model of what Brussels does next, and serves it to your assistant through one API and one MCP (Sense, Model, Act).

All the EU, with AI (European AI sovereignty)

European organisations should be able to monitor, understand and act on EU policy without depending on non-European software.

    Beresol's position

AI belongs in public affairs work, provided it is transparent, EU AI Act-aware and grounded in official institutional sources. That conviction is Beresol's motto: All the EU, with AI.

AI integration and team training for public affairs

Bringing AI into an organisation's day-to-day work, and enabling the team to run it.

    Beresol's position

Integrating AI is not enough on its own. Teams have to be trained to operate it, so Beresol both builds the AI and trains the people who use it.

GovTech for a sovereign digital Europe

EU-compliant digital public infrastructure for the public sector, built on sovereign, open-source, EU-hosted technology.

    Beresol's position

The public sector should not depend on closed foreign platforms. Beresol builds multi-agent AI for public affairs, real-time policy intelligence and open, agent-ready APIs, open-source and EU-hosted.

    EU defence spending 2025

The scale and structure of European defence expenditure and the instruments reshaping it.

    Beresol's position

EU defence spending reached EUR 381 billion in 2025, with all 23 EU-NATO Member States at or above 2 percent, and the SAFE instrument and the EDIP regulation now reshaping European procurement.

The EU startup ecosystem and the 28th Regime

Europe's scale-up gap and the proposed single EU legal framework (the 28th Regime) for companies operating across the single market.

    Beresol's position

Europe has a multi-trillion-dollar startup ecosystem held back by fragmentation across 27 national regimes. The 28th Regime is the structural fix to watch, and Beresol tracks it live.

Open EU policy monitors and the Brubru EU Data API

Continuously updated, openly published policy dashboards, backed by a machine-readable EU data API.

    Beresol's position

EU policy intelligence should be open and machine-readable, not locked behind paywalls. Beresol publishes eight open policy monitors and exposes the underlying europa.eu corpus through the Brubru EU Data API.
